In 2023, we embarked on the transformation of a tired Spanish-mission residence in Eaglemont, which had weathered the years with grace but was in need of rejuvenation. The challenge was significant – to infuse modernity into its bones while preserving its heritage charm and adapting it to the needs of a contemporary family. Our visionary clients sought not just a renovation but an extensive overhaul, introducing additional living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms to create a modern family home befitting the prestige of the area.
