Currently in the building permit phase, this transformation of an existing home is designed to accommodate the owners and their families, ensuring comfort and ample living space for extended stays. The original three-bedroom home with one living area and a two-car garage is evolving into a retreat where family bonds thrive. Envisioned as a place for the owners and their three children to gather with their families, the reimagined design includes four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additional living areas, both indoor and outdoor, provide flexibility for communal moments and quiet retreats. Beyond the thoughtful living spaces, essential amenities such as a pool, gym space, and storage areas have been seamlessly incorporated into the design, promising a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
