OUTCOME
From the carpark, you pass down one side of the winery towards an open black timber arbour which frames the first views of the vine fields ahead. This is your welcome to Sanguine Estate.

Entering the cellar door, the recycled timber roof trusses are the most prominent feature, providing a level of permanence to the building. The feature bar, timber floors, stone fireplace, and open display shelving provide a homely ambience. Turning to the left, the frameless glass windows capture expansive views on the vineyard. All who visit experience a greater connection to the wine they enjoy, as they see the very grapevines that were used in making the wine they are drinking growing in the distance.

An additional private dining room with similar views allows for those special occasions where families or groups can gather and take their time while enjoying the food and wine provided.
