OUTCOME
The existing building contains the main bedroom, ensuite, sitting area and study. The rear yard faces south so to bring in sunlight, the ceiling over the kitchen is raised to bring in north sunlight. The alfresco and deck are extensions of the living area and make the living area appear bigger than it is.
