The existing 1970’s had been neglected for some time and required a significant amount of maintenance and a complete rethink on how the house should function and how it should be styled.

OUTCOME
The kitchen and bathroom areas were completely demolished and re-planned. New joinery has been designed. New fittings and finishes have been nominated throughout, including tap-ware, sanitary-ware, floorboards, carpet and lighting. A new feature stair has been incorporated. New concealed air conditioning has been integrated.
