BRIEF
The developer sought to maximise the use of the site with small warehouse-office spaces. It appeared that the real estate market at this time showed a demand for this type of property. The look of the design was to be recognisable and something that could ultimately be turned into a brand.

OUTCOME
The layout includes 29 warehouses ranging in size from 150m2 to 380m². Areas addressed were truck access, visitor, tenant and disability parking, landscaping, roof maintenance access, presentation to the street, waste services access, and design sustainability.
