BRIEF
The site is located in a street with a heritage overlay, so council required that the additions to the home could not be readily seen from the street. The owners were seeking a home which had a large living area, two further bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a sitting area.

OUTCOME
The two existing front bedrooms have been retained and the existing bathroom has been remodelled. The ground level living areas have been extended with a large kitchen and in-built TV joinery.
The upper level contains a new main bedroom and ensuite to the rear, with a private enclosed terrace area. To the front is an additional bedroom, ensuite, and sitting area.
