The owners have an appreciation of their home’s original Art Deco features so wished to refurbish the existing areas and extend to the rear.

OUTCOME
The existing front of the house was brought back to life, period features were replaced, and modern services were incorporated. This existing area has the formal lounge and dining, and the guest bedroom with a walk-in-robe and ensuite.
The family loves cooking so two kitchens were incorporated in the new extension. The new living areas face north onto the alfresco and rear open space. The upper level has three bedrooms with views over the rear yard, and two bathrooms.
