BRIEF
We were approached by a stonemason who wished to create a 2 generational home that would comfortably accommodate his family and his parents.

The functional brief was to include:
• a two-car garage
• 3 living areas including family room, grandparent’s lounge, and kids rumpus area.
• to take advantage of the sun’s orientation
• feature void spaces to ensure the home feels spacious and airy
• five bedrooms all with their own ensuites
• pool area and outdoor entertaining

OUTCOME
From the front, this Bulleen home does not give much away to what is laid out internally. On entry, you are greeted by double height spaces that extend all the way through to the pool area at the rear of the site. The Ground Level has a Guest Bedroom with Ensuite and Lounge Room to the front for the use of the grandparents. To the rear is a large Family Room, Meals area and two Kitchens. The upper level has the Main Bedroom with Main Ensuite, 3 further Bedrooms, each with their own Ensuite, and a Rumpus Room that looks down into the void spaces below.
