BRIEF
Our brief was for a no expense spared, concrete, steel and glass home, with a neutral palette and a timeless appeal. The family had to cater for four children and frequent visits from grandparents.

OUTCOME
On Basement Level behind the louvered garage door, are six car parking spaces, store, workshop and services plant room. The Ground Level has kitchen and living areas to the front the home at the North, which capture views out, and connect to the pool courtyard behind. The circulation spine passes the courtyard to the rear Family Room. Above the Family Room within Level 1 are 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. At the front of the home at Level 1 is the Master Suite which captures further views out. The home is topped off at Level 2 with a multipurpose area with terrace.
